(November 3, 2019, 12:19 pm)I walked here on a whim, in search of a yoga class, and was welcomed by the lovely Alex at the forepart desk. She was very attentive and answered all my questions about the infinite, instructors and classes. The infinite is adorable and the grade was excellent! I would recommend giving the two week new student special a-become, in social club to try the slew of well-experienced teachers and to notice the correct ones for you! while attention, I besides noticed that they were offering up interesting workshops and specialty classes: such equally classes on breath work (pranayama) and "Herbal Ally Amulets," just to name a few.

(Oct 11, 2019, four:39 pm)And so thrilled to find my most beloved instructor, Nami Soga, at this studio. She is the real deal and her Level 2-iii class is a beautiful, challenging and creative flow. And so many classes are listed as 2-3 but are wearisome and tedious, not Nami! I will joyfully come back to take her wonderful class.

(May 21, 2019, 7:20 pm)Juniper is the near amazing and serene yoga studio and it'south hard to believe that this petty sanctuary exists right in the eye of Brooklyn. It'south not just a place to practice yoga however every bit they offer fantastic workshops focused on women'south health and wellness. The teachers are incredibly wise, warm (and funny) and welcoming to anybody. I've been practicing here since information technology opened and it truly is my home away from home. I can't say enough adept things about this very special place.

I take taken classes here with Deborah, Aimee, and Frank... these teachers are well studied, insightful, and wise. Juniper offers a condom and various space that meets many needs that are oftentimes ignored... for instance, their upcoming workshop on sexual activity post-baby, their offerings for families that allow all to feel included, etc. I beloved taking classes at Juniper and oasis't found a studio in all of New York City that I prefer. It'south intimate and divine.

I accept been teaching yoga for xv years and have been searching for a space in NY that feels similar dwelling house, where each individual pupil's uniqueness is supported and encouraged. It is here at Juniper! Deborah is such a great teacher. When yous are with her she leads you deep into your body, heart and spirit. There is always something new. She speaks from her heart, with purpose and Sense of humour and lightness. Alex, the director is amazingly warm, welcoming and kind. The space is gorgeous. The shop is and so special. Brooklyn is beyond lucky to have Juniper!!!!
